Meet Shabana Naheed
We’ve spent some time with our Senior Customer Experience Manager, Shabana Naheed to get to know more about her and her role here at Xenia Estates. Here’s what she had to say…
Tell us a little bit about your role…
As a Senior Customer Experience Manager my roles involve being responsible for the day-to-day management of our customer communication & experience over the phone and email. I am also the Line Manager to the Property Assistants and the point of contact for any formal complaints we receive and manage the developments that have an active ‘right to manage’ application in place. I look after all special projects within the customer service team
How did you get to where you are today?
I have worked in banking and worked for one of the largest property management companies before moving to Xenia. I have worked in property management since 2015.
How long have you been with Xenia?
It is coming up to 5 months.
What would you say makes Xenia stand out?
Xenia is a great company to work for with many opportunities, we strive to be the best and soon we will be the largest property management company as we grow and excel.
What do you love about your role?
I love networking and engaging with people and this role allows me to do just that. I also love problem solving so dealing with complaints and resolving issues is very satisfactory for me.
How do you destress or unwind?
My destress and downtime involves spending time with friends and family, I like travelling and going on holidays.
If you could live anywhere in the World, where would it be?
It would have to be Switzerland, surrounded by the Alps to relax and enjoy the surreal landscapes.
What’s your favourite building in the world & why?
Colosseum in Rome, the design and shape is amazing which is built from just concrete and stone.
City life or Country life?
Country life – its nice to unwind in the country surrounded by beautiful nature.
