We are excited to announce that Fortis Estate Management are rebranding.

We feel that the new year (and the new decade) is the perfect opportunity to refresh and evolve our brand. Thus going forward we will be operating under the name of “Xenia Estates”.

The word Xenia (pronounced “zen-nee-uh”) derives from the ancient Greek word for hospitality, a concept very fitting for a property management company. Most importantly, our new mission statement of ‘providing a professional hands-off service to our clients world-wide’. This epitomises our desire to operate to a high standard!

This change is in line with updates to the student accommodation brand, Fortis Student Living, which will be changing its name to Xenia Students, and student lettings brand, Fortis Lettings and Management, which will be changing its name to Xenia Lettings.
