Mark has over 15 years of experience in the property industry. He’s managed prestigious and large residential developments in a property and asset management capacity.
His role as Property Mobilisation Manager is to work closely with Xenia Estates’ new business developments. To mobilise new schemes awarded and ensure smooth handovers for our leaseholders.

Leah has been in the property industry for over a decade in both a Managing Agent and Asset Management capacity. Her role is to manage the Property Management Team and ensures that they deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. She is also responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the Property Management processes and procedures to ensure a smooth operation at Xenia Estates.

Paul is a solicitor regulated by the Solicitor Regulation Authority, qualified for 6 years having worked in law for 9 years. Extensive experience in property, commercial litigation, employment law and contract law
