Her role is to promote the brand, expand the portfolio of Xenia Estates developments nationwide & ensure the management commencement on any new scheme is a sleek operation. Gemma also splits her time looking at the overall operation and how we can develop as a business to ensure we provide the best possible service to our clients at all levels.

Nicola has vast Property Management experience that is diverse and encompassing of medical, commercial and residential sectors. She's managed and coordinated every aspect of Building Management.

Andzelika has recently completed her Undergraduate Law Degree at Sheffield Hallam University achieving a 1st Class Honours. She assists the Group with day-to-day legal matters, this includes conveyancing, dispute resolution and litigation matters. Andzelika hopes to eventually qualify as a solicitor.

Benedict has close to 10 Years Property Compliance Experience within the Residential Sector. This spans across all of the “Big 6 Areas – Asbestos, Electrical, Gas, Fire, Lifts & Water Safety”.
His role focuses heavily around upholding tenant safety across our entire portfolio. Whether this is delivered through in-depth audits, project planning or contract management, setting a high standard and maintaining this is critical.

Shabana has 9 years experience in property management, she splits her time looking after the complaints, customer experience and property assistant team. Shabana's strengths are dealing with complaints and turning a negative experience into a positive one. Shabana has experience of working in the retirement and residential building management industries.

Having worked within Property Management for over 8 years, Chris has covered all aspects of the role including compliance, customer service and block & estate management. Chris’ current role with Xenia focusses on improving our developments, carrying out major works and offering fantastic communication with residents and leaseholders alike. He is also working towards his AIRPM qualification.

Tommy has 5 years’ experience within residential building management. Since working with Xenia, he has worked closely on both the Student and Residential portfolio offering a proactive approach to management. Compliance, communication, and client reporting is his focus, along with offering a great service to both Leaseholders and Freeholders alike.

Before joining Xenia, Adam spent several years working within the construction and building industry. He joined Xenia in 2022, spending time within the Marketing team and has now progressed into Property Management. Adam takes pride in building and maintaining contractor relationships and offering fantastic customer service at all levels.

Since joining Xenia in September 2022, Luke has taken on all aspects of Property Management; assisting his colleagues with managing their portfolio and focusing on offering the best service to clients. Luke is currently working with IRPM to become a Property Manager.

Matthew has 2 years experience in payroll and management accounts to date and is currently studying towards his ACCA qualification. His role includes the production and processing of Xenia's Management accounts alongside the Finance Manager.

Lauren's background is Credit Control with over 10 years of experience in B2B and consumers from the UK to North America. Her current role includes collecting ground rent and service charge for residential and student buildings.

Greg has worked as a Service Charge accountant for the last 8 years, he's studying towards his CIMA qualification. His role is to ensure the service charge accounts are prepared and completed in an efficient and timely manner.

Jen’s main responsibility within the Marketing Team at Xenia is to oversee all day to day communications and promotional activity. Alongside the Marketing Team, Jen ensures all activity is carried out to the highest standard and with the utmost efficiency.

Since joining Xenia 5 years ago, Rhiannon has developed her knowledge of Marketing within the property sector. No two days are ever the same for Rhiannon as she is involved in all aspects of online and offline Marketing channels.

Sophie has over 5 years' experience working in the digital marketing industry and is responsible at Xenia Estates for Search Engine Optimisation, creating paid social campaigns, reporting and working with PPC accounts in Google.

Rachel has worked with Xenia Estates for around 5 years, having completed her degree in Graphic Design at Manchester School of Art. Rachel is responsible for putting together all graphical content across the company.

Having worked for Xenia for 4 years, Katie is responsible for all HR across the company, including recruitment, onboarding new staff, supporting senior management and much more. Katie is CIPD Level 3 qualified in Human Resources and her background is mainly in onboarding new starters from overseas.
