Currently, as Director of Xenia Estates, Gemma is ultimately responsible for the overall operation but remains dedicated to promoting the brand and business growth, alongside business improvement and focus on Company Culture. Gemma is dedicated to enhancing the Company’s service offering for all parties who are impacted by Xenia Estates’ management and improving the customer experience. Known for her commitment to excellence and her advocacy for wellbeing and positivity, Gemma continuously aims to elevate standards within the industry, not losing sight of the direct influence Xenia Estates has on people’s homes.

Nicola Murray, Director at Xenia Estates, brings over 16 years’ experience in property and facilities management. She began her career in the medical industry, where she developed a strong foundation in managing facilities with stringent compliance and safety standards. Transitioning from medical to commercial properties, Nicola honed her skills in overseeing large-scale operations, ensuring adherence to industry regulations, and maintaining high standards of safety, service and quality.In her current role at Xenia Estates, Nicola specialises in residential property management and mobilisation, her chosen field for the last 10 years. Her expertise lies in ensuring compliance, upholding rigorous standards, and prioritising health and safety in all aspects of property management. Nicola has a particular interest in operational efficiencies and contractor management.

Jen’s main responsibility within the Marketing Team at Xenia is to oversee all day to day communications and promotional activity. Alongside the Marketing Team, Jen ensures all activity is carried out to the highest standard and with the utmost efficiency.

Since joining Xenia 7 years ago, Rhiannon has developed her knowledge of Marketing within the property sector. No two days are ever the same for Rhiannon as she is involved in all aspects of online and offline Marketing channels.

Rachel has worked with Xenia Estates for around 7 years, having completed her degree in Graphic Design at Manchester School of Art. Rachel is responsible for putting together all graphical content across the company.

Having worked for Xenia for 6 years, Katie is responsible for all HR across the company, including recruitment, onboarding new staff, supporting senior management and much more. Katie is CIPD Level 3 qualified in Human Resources and her background is mainly in onboarding new starters from overseas.
