Xenia Estates are thrilled to be supporting the “Bespoke and Urban Developer of the Year” category at this year’s awards.

Bespoke and Urban Developer of the Year is for developers who have created residential schemes, or refurbished existing properties in urban areas which regenerate that area, or bring new life and vitality.

Our Business Development Manager, Gemma Redmond will be announcing the winner at the event held at Manchester Central on Thursday 15^th July. Keep a look out for details of the winner!
